How Does Creative Visualization Work For You?

When there is something that you want in life, often, the first thing that you will do is visualize it. That something that you are wanting starts with a hopeful vision inside of your mind. You hope that one day it can become a reality. We will use weight loss as a great example. Let's say that you want to lose about 35 pounds. The first thing that you should do is to picture what you will look like with that 35 pounds gone.

It's that easy. There are more things your need to visualize to manifest your desires but still very simple. You already imagined what you want. In this case losing weight and you being thinner. You need to visualizae everything before that point too. You need to imagine you at the gym too, and eating healthy foods. Also, imagine how you will feel once you are thin, and how your life will differ from now.

On top of that imagine your entire life once this desire has become a reality. Will it positively affect your job? How will it change your home life? Will you do things differently? Also, you need to imagine what type of challenges will come up. Be ready to take them on. Imagine how you will get over them. When you're prepared for these challenges it's easier not to let them discourage you. When you have this all worked out in your mind put it down on paper.

It is important to write down what you have visualized for yourself so you do not forget. Write down everything about your goal and the ways in which you will accomplish it. Put your piece of paper away where no one will find it. Until you have accomplished your goal, you will need to refer to the piece of paper with the visions for your life on it until they become a reality. This will also make it easier for you not to forget exactly, in detail, what you have planned and the way that it all plays out. It's kind of like a story with a fairytale ending.

But, do not be discouraged if it does not go exactly as planned. As long as you have somewhat of an idea of how you want your life to be, then that will be enough. When something is visualized in such a manner, it is quite hard to forget about. If you cannot think about everything that you want from your goal, then do not be discouraged. Just visualizing one step can be enough to motivate you to do more inside of your mind, which will eventually lead to real results.

You'll realize that some people in your life are supportive and some people are always giving negative advice. Avoid telling negative people about your plan or even your want. These people are going to hold you back. Tell people that will support you and push you to reach your goals.

When visualizing your goals, think of them as unstoppable. Tell yourself over and over again that it is going to happen for you. Sit down and practice having your visions and telling yourself positive things very frequently throughout the day. A realistic amount of times might be at least two times per day. Keep at it until it becomes completely real. Let nothing stand in your way.

Before starting decide what it is exactly that you want. Start with one want at a time and continue with the next after your get the previous want. Don't use creative visualization to harm anyone or get something negative. This will only send negative energies into the universe and return those same energies back to you. Remember in terms of energy. Positive attracts positive and negative attracts negative. One visualization leads to another, and before you know it, you have a life full of success and prosperity.
