We Have Cheerleaders

by Thom Dickey

All of us almost all want cheerleaders

Look around you. If you may not imagine you've got any cheerleaders around you think again. Even if it's pessimistic cheerleading which is occuring 98% of folks have definitely cheerleaders near us.

Those who currently have family members seek out before anything else to obtain agreement with our partner or simply our significant other as the circumstance could be. For anyone with young children many seek the compliments and affection of the children for they may be our future. They see things more clearly and are usually not even excessively terrified to talk about it.

There are people who need a huge supporter pack for instance bands, singers, personalities, politicians and various well known public figures. They all seek to have cheerleaders edging them on to more significant heights of success.

It's not a one way street for the cheerleaders needs those who they might cheer for. All of us all get excited for one reason or another but when many have someone or something to cheer for many can feel the excitement of the person many are cheering for.

Sports for example. People gather in a stadium all bunched in concert ... many who are total strangers and may become familiar with those around them for the period that they're at the same time clapping in concert for the actual company or whoever they are observing.

All of us go to movies and scrunch up in tiny seats at the side of a lot more complete strangers inside of a dark space for approximately 2 hrs never once giving any thought to what might be taking place in the dark for almost everyone are usually fixated on the display screen and cheering on the stars and actresses to do their best to bring out behavior in us like laughing or even sobbing.

Vicariously many live through those many cheer or jeer. Yes many even feel emotional release when many jeer someone or a team. It seems to help the person or team that is performing for us to cheer them on. This has been going on for centuries.

All of us send and receive cheering and jeering by our fellow human beings every day of our lives from the moment that many are born for most of us. All of us are cheered when many are born and the parents are cheered for producing a child or in some cases children.

Then there is people who are the chiefs of the world who rise above it all and while the cheering is nice, it is not what motivates them to major heights of achievement. These unique individuals has their own internal cheerleading squad that rarely wavers.

Individuals such as the original owner of Wendy's who despite everyone telling him that his idea would never work is now a multi-millionaire. Those brave men and women willing to push the limit despite what others think. They still need a supporter because once they have proved that they are right everyone flocks to that person and cheers.

A very influential person once said 'When you ask yourself "how bad do I want something?" many have only ourselves to answer to. After all many can be our own best supporter. Despite the external jeering that might be done when a person listens to their own personal supporter then many often achieve great heights of remarkable accomplishments.
